Business Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Architect to join our team. As a Business Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning business strategies with technology solutions. Your role will be instrumental in translating business objectives into actionable architectural plans that drive organizational growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, and challenges and identify areas for business process improvement and optimization.
• Develop business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows, and identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure effective communication and collaboration in delivering business solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Architect or a similar role, with a strong understanding of business architecture concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of business process modeling, process improvement, and process automation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into architectural designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, is a plus.
