7.1 Exclusive Arbitration: The Parties irrevocably agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction and decision of the Permanent Arbitral Tribunal (Budapest), which is affiliated with the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

7.2 Arbitration Proceedings: The dispute shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Permanent Arbitral Tribunal. The arbitration panel shall consist of three arbitrators.

7.3 Language and Venue: The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the Hungarian language, and the venue for the arbitration shall be Budapest.

7.4 Governing Law: The arbitration proceedings and the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the services provided. Users agree to use the Website and the services at their own risk.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Modifications

BDAT Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective upon posting on the Website. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Agreement to stay informed of any updates.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
