In a half-day or full-day workshop we sketch the outline of the target solution together: what actually needs solving, what the key requirements and risks are, and how it all ties to the business goal. Independently, always representing your interests. By the end of the day there is a shared picture, independent of the vendor’s design, that the choice or the design can build on.
How the day runs
The backbone of the day is outlining the target solution: what actually has to be solved, along what requirements, and where the risks are. The four-hour format focuses on one solution; the eight-hour one also compares alternatives.

Our view always represents your interests: we measure against the business goal, not against the vendor's proposal.
How is this different from implementation oversight?
The workshop gives a fast, shared picture at the start of the decision or design. Independent implementation oversight then accompanies the rollout from selection to go-live.
Do we need finished requirements?
No. Whatever exists helps, but the workshop is exactly about drawing the shared requirement picture.
How many people should take part, and who?
It works best with six to twelve people. The business owner of the requirement, IT, and architecture should all take part. We recommend running it without vendor presence: the point of the day is that your requirements take shape, independently of what is on offer.
What do we get after the workshop?
We send the outline of the solution, the main requirements, and the risks in an organised form within a few working days. This material can also be used in vendor negotiations and when comparing proposals.
