Service management workshop
- 4 or 8 hours half-day or full-day format
- ITIL®-based sized to your organisation
- 6–12 people ideal group size
To see where service management stands, you do not always need a multi-week assessment. A half-day or full-day workshop is enough to get a shared picture of how things run today, and to mark what is most pressing.
Together we go through the processes, roles, and tools, rank the findings by business impact, and by the end of the day the steps that pay off fastest are on the table. If a deeper picture is needed afterwards, the Service management assessment is the continuation.
How the day runs
The backbone of the day is the shared situation picture: where the processes get stuck, and what would improve daily work the most. The four-hour format focuses on the most pressing area; the eight-hour one covers the whole support chain.
When do you need us?
Every incident is equally urgent
There is no ranking: a printer failure and a billing outage sit in the same queue.
The knowledge lives in people's heads
One colleague's absence is an operational risk, because the processes are not written down.
You need a fast snapshot
You need to know where service management stands, but there is no time for a full assessment.

Frequently asked questions
Are you implementing ITIL® in the workshop?
No. ITIL® is a toolbox for us: the workshop shows how much of it your size and your risks justify.
How is this different from the assessment?
The Service management assessment is a deeper, multi-week review. The workshop is its fast, one-day preview.
How many people should take part, and who?
It works best with six to twelve people. Representatives of operations, the service desk, and the affected business areas should sit at the same table, together with the process owners. The workshop is an on-site format, working on a shared wall; it can also be run online.
What do we get after the workshop?
We send the situation picture and the fastest-paying-off steps in an organised form within a few working days. If a deeper picture is needed, the Service management assessment is the continuation.
How we can work together
Fix Scope
Scope and fee are agreed together at the start. For well-defined work this is the most predictable form; the business capability map, for example, typically runs this way.
Time & Material
Effort-based billing with a flexible scope. It works best when the task takes shape along the way and quick changes of direction matter.
Architect as a Service
An ongoing arrangement: architect capacity without hiring a full-time specialist. It can be fixed-price and predictable, or ad-hoc involvement; it scales up or down as needs change.
